FolderFlow is provided for lawful business and personal document workflows. You may not use the service for unauthorized access, malware distribution, IP infringement, or unlawful content.

Paid plans renew according to selected billing terms unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

FolderFlow retains all rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain rights in your uploaded content and grant FolderFlow a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FolderFlow disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
